These terms and conditions of Sale apply between you as a customer (“You”) and SUPERFRONT AB (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) org.nr. 556911-0892, address Tegnérgatan 3, SE-111 40 Stockholm, e-mail: [email protected], when You order products from www.superfront.com ("The Website”).

1. GENERAL

  • 1.1 To complete a purchase on the Website, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old. Superfront reserves the right, in individual cases, to decline or amend your order (e.g. if Superfront suspects fraud, you have provided false personal information, and/or have an outstanding debt). The Website and all its content are owned by Superfront or its licensors. The content is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Superfront.

  • 1.2 You confirm that all the information you have provided is correct.

2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  • 2.1 By clicking “Complete purchase” in Superfront’s online checkout (the “Checkout”), you accept these Terms & Conditions for the purchase of our Products. You confirm the order of the Products placed in your cart by clicking the “Complete purchase” button. For orders placed with the assistance of a sales representative, you accept these Terms & Conditions in writing by confirming the order via e-mail.

  • 2.2 From the moment you click “Complete purchase”, for made-to-order products you have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours. Orders that only include stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days and are therefore binding.

  • 2.3 Superfront accepts your order only once the card payment has been approved or credit has been granted through our payment partner.

  • 2.4 After confirming your purchase, Superfront will send an order confirmation with the details of your purchase to the e-mail address you provided at Checkout. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when placing your order. Superfront recommends saving the order confirmation as proof of purchase and for any future contact with our customer support. The order confirmation is also your proof of purchase. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Superfront customer support to confirm your order.

  • 2.5 We reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it if a product is out of stock. If a product is out of stock, you will be informed, possibly with information about alternative products we can offer instead. You will then have the option to accept our new offer with the changes indicated, or cancel the order entirely and receive a refund. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel orders intended for resale.

  • 2.6 For certain products sold by Superfront as a reseller, specific conditions may apply. These specific conditions are specified on our Website.

3. PERSONAL DATA

  • 3.1 Superfront cares about your personal privacy and security. When you shop on the Website, we store some of your personal information in order to process your purchase. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it corrected or deleted. Superfront may also use cookies to improve your user experience on the Website. For more information about how we process personal data and cookies, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. SUPERFRONT’S PRODUCTS

  • 4.1 Superfront sells and manufactures products made to order with the characteristics and scope described in the product information available on the Website. All images on the Website are intended for illustrative purposes only. Such illustrations cannot guarantee that the product you receive will exactly match in appearance, function, or origin.

Superfront also manufactures products from natural materials such as brass, copper, marble, wood veneer, etc., which may change in appearance and/or develop a patina over time due to oxidation, sunlight, and/or normal use. This is a natural process of such materials and not grounds for a complaint. Superfront will, where possible, inform you of this in product descriptions. If you feel information is lacking, we recommend contacting our customer support before completing your purchase.

  • 4.1.2 Colour matching and shade variations. Please note that minor colour variations may occur even if the same NCS code is used, for example when matching products from Superfront or other suppliers. Colour reproduction can be affected by factors such as pigment aging, paint supplier, surface treatment, and substrate. For best overall results, we recommend not placing fronts from different manufacturers directly next to each other. When matching, for example, wall paint, colour variations are often perceived as more natural.

We recommend ordering all relevant parts at the same time to minimise the risk of colour deviations. This also applies when complementing previously purchased products from Superfront.

Superfront reserves the right to decline complaints based on colour variations in complementary orders, if these have been placed without prior contact with our customer service or sales team to ensure colour consistency.

5. PRICES

  • 5.1 All product prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency you select and, where applicable, include the VAT rate for the country where the receipt is issued within the EU. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes charged when your package reaches your country. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. Superfront has no control over these charges, and since they vary between countries, Superfront cannot predict the cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The price does not include payment fees or shipping costs, which are added separately.

  • 5.2 Superfront reserves the right to change prices on the Website at any time and to correct prices if errors have occurred.

  • 5.3 Prices may vary depending on the country from which you order. The final price of products is presented at checkout.

  • 5.4 The shipping cost of products depends on the size, weight, and destination of the products. The total price of products and shipping is displayed at checkout.

  • 5.5 Please note that changing the delivery country may affect the shipping cost.

6. PAYMENT

  • 6.1 Superfront uses a third-party provider to process payments. When you click “Complete Purchase,” your payment will be processed by our third-party payment service provider, where you will complete your payment. By choosing a payment method, you acknowledge and agree that it is the terms of Superfront’s third-party payment provider that apply to your payment. These terms are available at checkout before you complete your order.

  • 6.2 You understand and agree that it is the applicable third-party payment provider whose full terms apply to your payment to Superfront. Should a problem occur with a payment, Superfront cannot be held liable, and you are referred to the respective payment provider.

  • 6.3 Superfront reserves the right to refuse an order if invoice payment, or another payment method you selected, is not approved. Superfront reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, and to change the payment method if your chosen method does not function at the time of purchase.

  • 6.4 Superfront does not store or process bank or credit card numbers on the Website, nor any other information you provide to the payment provider.

  • 6.5 Superfront reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

7. DELIVERY TERMS

  • 7.1 We offer different shipping methods and delivery terms depending on the product, shipping weight and your location. The available options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • 7.2 Shipping Method – Collection Point or Freight Terminal

  • 7.2.1 Superfront offers you the option to collect legs, handles and colour samples at your local collection point or the freight company’s terminal. The collection point may be, for example, a grocery or tobacco shop. Please note that when your order includes fronts, sides or tops, home delivery is usually offered. In some cases, depending on the order size and destination country, collection from the freight company’s terminal may also be available.

  • 7.2.2 If you do not receive your order at the time of delivery to the address you have provided, and we or our delivery partner are unable to reach you on the phone number provided, the shipment will be returned to Superfront. Superfront reserves the right to charge you for any storage fees and associated costs incurred at the terminal, as well as all costs for the return shipping. Actual costs related to the return handling, return freight and storage are as follows:

Larger orders delivered on pallets or similar: €90 per day. Smaller parcels: €10 per day and parcel. Administrative fee: €20. An additional fee for a new delivery attempt may apply, up to €200 per order.

Please note: if your order consists of more than one parcel, the cost increases proportionally. Products not covered by the right of withdrawal will not be refunded. Other products will be refunded once the return process has been completed, with deductions for the above-mentioned costs.

7.3 Shipping Method – Home Delivery

  • 7.3.1 Superfront offers you the option to have your order delivered to your home. This means delivery up to your building entrance if you live in an apartment, and up to your property boundary if you live in a house. “Up to” means as close to your entrance or property line as a delivery truck can reach.

  • 7.3.2 If you do not receive your order at the time of delivery to the address you have provided, and we or our delivery partner are unable to reach you on the phone number provided, the shipment will be returned to Superfront. Superfront reserves the right to charge you for any storage fees and associated costs incurred at the terminal, as well as all costs for the return shipping. Actual costs related to the return handling, return freight and storage are as follows:

7.4 Delivery Times

  • 7.4.1 Current delivery times are specified on our website and stated in your order confirmation.

  • 7.4.2 Products made to order have varying delivery times. Unforeseen issues or delays in production may affect your delivery time. Additionally, holiday periods may result in longer delivery times than those stated on the website. Superfront will do its best to inform you of any such changes and keep you updated about any delays to your delivery.

  • 7.4.3 If your order includes both stocked products and made-to-order products, the longer delivery time applies.

  • 7.4.4 The delivery time for your products should always be considered an estimate indicating when your order is expected to arrive. Superfront cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

  • 7.4.5 Please note that changing the delivery country may affect the estimated delivery time.

7.5 TRANSPORT DAMAGE

  • 7.5.1 When receiving your delivery from Superfront, you as the customer must promptly inspect the packaging and/or product for damage. Any visible transport damage to the packaging and/or product must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note or receipt.

  • 7.5.2 In the case of home delivery, any transport damage to the packaging and/or product must be noted on the delivery note before the carrier leaves the premises.

  • 7.5.3 Any transport damage to the packaging or product must be documented with photos — both with and without packaging — and reported to Superfront within 3 days of delivery. Photos of already installed products are not accepted as valid documentation for transport damage claims. Superfront reserves the right to reject a claim for transport damage submitted later than 3 days after receipt. Please read here. how to file a shipping claim.

  • 7.5.4 Superfront’s liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. Superfront accepts no liability for indirect losses. 7.6 Customer’s Payment Ability

  • 7.6.1 If Superfront has reason to question your ability to pay, Superfront reserves the right to withhold delivery and has no obligation to complete the delivery until full payment for the order has been received, or another arrangement has been agreed upon.

8. CLAIMS

  • 8.1 If a product has a defect or deficiency that means it does not correspond to the agreement, you as a customer have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, provided that the defect was not caused by improper use or handling. A claim must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, no later than two months.

  • 8.2 Superfront reserves the right to determine how the defect will be remedied, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

  • 8.3 To facilitate the handling of your claim, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] as soon as you discover the defect. Provide a detailed description of the defect and attach clear photos or videos documenting the issue. Your case will then be handled by Superfront’s claims department.

  • 8.4 In the case of an approved claim due to a “faulty product,” Superfront will cover the cost of return shipping. If you choose to send your claim to us with another shipping option than the one provided by Superfront, we will not cover the return shipping costs. Before sending the product, make sure your case has been received and approved by Superfront’s customer support.

  • 8.5 In the case of return shipping due to a claim, you are responsible for packing the product so that it is not damaged during transport.

9. DELAYS

  • 9.1 If the delivery is delayed from what has been promised, Superfront will not compensate for any costs related to loss of income or reimbursement for hired external assembly assistance. Superfront is not responsible for any damages arising as a result of an indicated delivery time being exceeded.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • 10.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of stock items within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order, according to your specifications, or otherwise produced according to your wishes. The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals. Business customers are not covered by any right of withdrawal.

  • 10.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Superfront within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can do this by sending an e-mail to [email protected] clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also use the standard form provided for exercising the right of withdrawal – click here.

  • 10.3 When exercising the right of withdrawal, a refund of the purchase amount will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after Superfront has received the return. Refunds will be made to the source of the original payment unless otherwise agreed. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we refund both the shipping cost and the value of the goods to the customer. If the customer has chosen a shipping method that exceeds Superfront’s standard shipping, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded upon return.

  • 10.4 In case of a return, the Buyer is obliged to compensate Superfront for any reduction in value resulting from the inspection of the Product, if the inspection was more extensive than necessary. However, the Buyer has the right to check the condition of the Product upon delivery.

  • 10.5 In the event of a withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of return shipping corresponds to the actual cost of returning the product and varies depending on the product’s size, weight, and delivery address. For the return of bulky products, where Superfront is responsible for booking and collecting the return shipment, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. Should damage occur during a return shipment, you must seek compensation from the carrier you engaged. Therefore, please check the insurance terms of the carrier you use to ensure you receive full compensation in the event of damage.

  • 10.6 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Product is returned in perfect condition. The Product must be returned well-packaged in the same packaging in which it was delivered or in equivalent packaging (maximum one package). In the event of return shipping due to the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for packing the Product so that it is not damaged during transport.

  • 10.7 If the product is returned in violation of the applicable return conditions, Superfront reserves the right to make deductions from the refund corresponding to the reduction in value of the product, or to deny a refund if the right of withdrawal does not apply.

11. WARRANTY

  • 11.1 Superfront offers a warranty in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty applies from the date you receive the product. To make use of any warranty on your Superfront product, you must retain your order confirmation or receipt. As a customer, you must demonstrate the defect with clear evidence such as photos and/or videos taken in daylight, so that the defect is clearly visible. Documentation should be sent to [email protected].

You must have followed the product’s care instructions in order to use the warranty. All care instructions can be found on Superfront’s Website. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, marks, or damages caused by impacts or accidents. The warranty is also not valid if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, or if the product has been used in any context other than for domestic use. The warranty also does not cover defects caused by incorrect assembly.

  • 11.2 Superfront always strives to deliver the highest quality but makes no guarantees that the quality, suitability, or use of the Products will meet your expectations.

  • 11.3 Superfront’s Products remain the responsibility of Superfront until they have reached the delivery address. In cases where the Customer has booked shipping on their own, Superfront is responsible until they are picked up by the shipping company hired by the Customer.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • 12.1 Superfront is not liable for damages or costs arising in connection with the assembly or use of Superfront’s products if these are due to improper handling, incorrect assembly, or use contrary to Superfront’s instructions. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law.

  • 12.2 Superfront is not liable for damages or costs arising due to typographical errors, technical faults, or outdated information on the Website, provided this does not conflict with your rights under consumer law.

  • 12.3 With further reference to section 6, you acknowledge and understand that it is the applicable third-party payment provider whose full terms apply to your payment to Superfront. Should a problem occur with a payment, Superfront cannot be held liable, and you are referred to the respective payment provider.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

  • 13.1 In the event of war, strike, riot, disaster, major fluctuations in world market prices, failures in electrical communication, telecommunications, data connections or other communication, as well as defective or missing deliveries of goods from subcontractors, and comparable events beyond Superfront’s control and foresight, Superfront is released from its obligations to fulfil these Terms & Conditions under force majeure. If this occurs, Superfront will attempt to notify you.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • 14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved under Swedish law and by Swedish courts, except in cases where Superfront voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer or user in their country of residence.

  • 14.2 Any disputes regarding the formation, interpretation, or application of these Terms & Conditions or other matters between you as a customer and Superfront shall ultimately be decided by a general court with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

15. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

  • 15.1 Superfront reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. If Superfront makes changes to these Terms, we will notify you by publishing the amendments on the Website. Amendments to the Terms apply from the time you have accepted the Terms (in connection with a purchase or visit to the Website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. Superfront recommends that you regularly check the Website to stay informed of any changes to the Terms.

16. INVALIDITY

  • 16.1 If a competent court, authority, or arbitral tribunal finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question, and all other provisions, shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.

These terms of purchase (the “Terms”) for corporations shall apply as a valid agreement between you as a corporate customer (”customer” or ”you”) and Superfront AB (“Superfront”), Reg. No. 556911-0892, with its registered office at Tegnérgatan 3, 111 40 Stockholm, e-mail: [email protected], when you order products from www.superfront.com (“the Website”). The Terms together with the order on the Website constitute an agreement between you and Superfront (“the Agreement”). The Terms are valid from the date stated above and replaces any terms of purchase previously published by Superfront.

1. GENERAL
For all purchases made on the Website you confirm that:

(a) You are at least 18 years old and are duly authorized to represent the ordering company when placing the order; and

(b) All information you have provided is accurate.

2. ORDER
By clicking ”I agree to the terms of purchase”, in Superfront’s digital checkout (”Checkout”), you approve these Terms for ordering our Products. You confirm the order of the Products you have placed in the shopping cart by clicking the “Confirm purchase”-button.

If Superfront approves your order Superfront will send you an order confirmation, to the e-mail address you have stated in the Checkout.

3. SUPERFRONT'S PRODUCTS
Superfront sells and produces products as per order: fronts, sides, tops, sinks, mixer taps, legs and handles with the characteristicts and the extent set forth in by the product description available on the Website (“Products”). Superfront reserves the right to at any point in time add or remove Products and reserves the right to reject an order if a Product is unavailable or has been discontinued.

4. PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
“Product specification” refers to the description of the Product applicable at the time of the Agreement. Product specifications, fitting notes and other documentation are provided in English or in Swedish, and is provided electronically unless otherwise stated.

5. INSTALLATION
The customer is responsible for installation and assembly of the Products. Superfront supplies instructions for fitting of the Products.

6. PRICE
The Prices stated for Products on the Website are fixed and are stated in Euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise. Prices and fees are stated including value added tax (VAT) but excludes the cost of shipping. Upon payment, VAT will be reported separately. Shipping costs varies depending on the Products’ size, weight and where the Products are to be shipped. The total price for Products and shipping will be presented at Check-out in connection to the order.

Superfront reserves the right to change the Prices stated on the Website at any time without further notice. Such changes will not affect an already placed orders.

7. PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
In order to place and order Superfronts products through this Website, You must accept this Terms and Conditions, which You do by clicking “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” at the check-out. By clicking “Confirm purchase”, You confirm Your order of the Products placed in Your shopping cart.

Once You have clicked "Confirm purchase", orders including made-to-order products such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths are you entitled to cancel within the upcoming 48 hours. Order including only stock items such as stone tops, mixer taps, sinks, handles, legs and colour samples will be sent within 1-2 business day. These orders are therefore binding.

Superfront confirms Your order only when preapproved payment has been cleared by the card payment company or PayPal, alternatively where available when Klarna ("Klarna") has approved your credit. The Company reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods. In the United Kindgdom, Klarna is represented by a separate company Klarna Financial Services UK Limited.

Superfront additionally offers the possibility of direct payment through PayPal, Inc. PayPal offers card payment, and payment through PayPal account. By approving the payment, you confirm that you understand and accept that PayPal’s conditions apply for payment services.

You hereby understand and agree that PayPal’s conditions apply to your payment when you use PayPal. If there are any problems in respect to your payment transaction Superfront will not be held liable, you are directed to contact PayPal.

8. DELIVERY
The Products are delivered Ex Work Superfront’s warehouse (Incoterms 2010). The risk for the Products passes to the customer upon delivery. Superfront is not liable for any delays or damages to the Products caused by the carrier.

The delivery times listed are not binding and should be seen as an estimate only. As such, Superfront cannot undertake to deliver at an exact delivery date and cannot be held liable for any delivery past the estimated date.

Superfront collaborates with varying carriers depending on the country of destination. You, therefore, have the possibility to contract a carrier in connection to your purchase. More information regarding delivery and transport can be found on the Website.

9. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
The customer has an obligation to examine the Products when receiving the order. Transport damage shall on the day of delivery be reported by the customer to the carrier and to Superfront. Transport damages that were not discovered, or ought not to have been discovered upon delivery, shall be reported as a complaint as soon as possible, under any circumstances within seven (7) days of receiving your delivery. Such a complaint shall contain the number of your order, photos of the packaging or Product and be emailed to [email protected]. If the customer does not report a complaint regarding transport damages within the stated time, the customer loses the right to claim compensation due to transport damages.

10.DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS
The customer has an obligation to examine the Products when receiving the order. In order to claim that a Product is defective, the customer shall, immediately after discovering the defect, make a complaint to Superfront, at the latest ten (10) days from the receiving delivery. The customer shall as soon as possible, at the latest thirty (30) days from receiving delivery, in the specified way return the product.

A Product defect exists if the Product substantially departs from what is stated in the Product specification. If a Product is defective Superfront will, by own choice, correct damages by repairs, redelivery or refunding the purchase price. This constitutes Superfront’s sole responsibility and liability regarding defects in Products. Therefore, the customer cannot direct any other claims against Superfront on account of the Products. This paragraph shall not limit any product liability prescribed by mandatory law.

If you wish to return a product due to a defect, please contact us through e-mail: [email protected]. You may also contact us at the address: Superfront, Tegnérgatan 3, 111 40 Stockholm. The return shall include order number, invoice and a detailed description of the defect along with the product.

When returning the Product based on a complaint, the customer is responsible for any costs for the return shipping. The customer further bears the risk for the Product during transport and is liable for any potential transport damage due to inadequate packaging. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to the customer. Superfront retains the right to examine the Product and charge an examination fee if the Product is deemed not to be defective.

11.DELAY
As stated above, stated delivery times shall only be regarded as estimates. Superfront is therefore not liable for potential costs that the customer incurs due to delivery after estimated time of delivery, including but not limited to costs for defaulted earnings or compensation for externally hired help for installment.

12.RESERVATION OF TITLE
The Products will remain the property of Superfront until payment in full has been received. Until the ownership passes to the customer, the customer undertakes to care for the Products and not to alter or insert the Product into any furniture without Superfront’s express written permission.

13.WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Superfront aims to always deliver of the highest quality. However, Superfront cannot make any warranties as regards Product quality, fitness for purpose or that the use of the Products do not meet your personal expectations.

14.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except for in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Superfront’s aggregate and total liability under the Agreement shall, in respect of any one or more events or series of events (whether connected or unconnected), be limited to direct damages to a total amount of 15% of the price for the affected Product. This limitation does not include price deductions or interest. Except for in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Superfront shall in no event be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business savings or goodwill, the customer’s obligation to compensate a third-party or any indirect or consequential damage.

15.PERSONAL DATA
The personal data communicated by the customer is processed by Superfront for the purpose of preparing and handling orders and fulfilling the Agreement.

In accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data or object to the processing, by contacting customer service at [email protected].

16.COOKIES
By using the Website, cookies may be stored on the customer’s computer to register information regarding browsing. The customer can object to such cookies through setting in its browser or by not accepting cookies through the banner on the Website.

17.CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Superfront may from time to time change these Terms. The current version of the Terms is the one found on the Website. Changes to the Terms will not affect an already made order.

18.DISPUTE
This contract shall be governed by the substantive law of Sweden.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the “SCC”).

The Rules for Expedited Arbitrations shall apply, unless the SCC in its discretion determines, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, that the Arbitration Rules shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the Arbitral Tribunal shall be composed of one or three arbitrators.

The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Swedish, unless the Parties agree otherwise.

19.ASSIGNMENT
The Agreement cannot be assigned without both parties’ approval. Superfront can, however, without the approval of the customer transfer the right to receive payment in accordance with the Agreement.

Important information

In autumn 2025, we moved our production to a new factory in Sweden. This may result in slight shade variations in certain colours. If you are planning to complement an older order and have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Terms & conditions, frequently asked questions

When your order is sent from our joinery, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking link. This link provides you with the possibility of tracking your order all the way to you.

Orders including made-to-order products such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths can only be cancelled within 48 hours after you have placed your order. After this the order is binding.

Orders including only stock items such as stone tops, mixer taps, sinks, handles, legs, colour samples and Express Collection will be sent within 1-2 business days. These orders are therefore binding. This is because you as a customer will receive quick delivery on our stock items.

As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of stock items within 14 days from the date you received the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order.

To cancel your purchase, email us at [email protected] no later than 14 days after receiving your delivery. Clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. The product must be returned well packaged in the same packaging it was delivered in, or in equivalent packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for packing the product so that it is not damaged during transport. In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. Read more about returns and the right of withdrawal under Terms and Conditions.

If your product is in any way damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected]. Include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. When you received and unpacked the delivery.

  2. At what point you noted any damage or any flaws.

  3. Describe as detailed as possible why you wish to make a complaint regarding your product.

  4. Attach pictures of the product that is damaged or faulty.

Once we have received your complaint, we will review it and get back to you regarding whether or not we will proceed with the process.

In the event of an approved complaint, Superfront is responsible for the cost of any return or replacement product.

If the case can not be resolved in agreement with Superfronts Customer Service, you can, as a customer, contact the EU Commission Platform, which can be found here. When you submit a complaint via this link, your case will automatically be forwarded to the correct department within your country.

When you receive your delivery from Superfront it is important that you urgently check if the packaging and/or the product is damaged. Any potential damages detected on the packaging and/or the product has to be noted on the suppliers delivery note.

Any potential damages on the package and/or product must be documented with photos, with and without package, and e-mailed to us at [email protected].

Reimbursement of the purchase price is made as soon as possible, however at the latest 14 days after Superfront receives the customer’s notification of withdrawal.
