Delivery

During the summer months, we would like to especially emphasize the importance of someone being available to receive the delivery. If you are planning to be away, please ensure that someone else can receive your order.

Unreceived deliveries will incur return shipping and storage fees. Please also note that transport times during July–August may be slightly longer than usual, as many shipping companies operate with reduced staffing during this period.

Our factory is partially closed during July. We are still planning to maintain our stated production lead times, but kindly ask for your understanding that production times in some cases may be slightly longer than communicated for orders placed during June–July.

DELIVERY TIME – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

The total delivery time for our made-to-order products consists of production time as well as shipping and delivery time. Production time is normally 8–10 weeks. Shipping and delivery are then added, which within Sweden usually takes at least 3–7 days and at least 7–10 days outside Sweden.

Please note that we cannot provide an exact delivery date in advance, as production times are affected by both order size and current production capacity. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from us. Our shipping partner will then contact you to schedule an exact delivery time. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method, delivery address, and order size.

DELIVERY TIME – STOCKED PRODUCTS

Stocked products, such as handles and legs (PLEASE NOTE: excluding the BAR handle), are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. If the order also contains made-to-order products, the items will be shipped together once the entire order is ready for dispatch.

The delivery charges are based on order size, shipping method and destination. In your shopping cart, you can see exactly how much it will cost to deliver the content of your cart to the destination you specify.

Outside of Sweden we offer the following delivery method:

Home delivery Larger shipments, i.e. any delivery containing fronts, sides or tops, are delivered to the main entrance of your building or estate (or as near as a delivery truck can get). Small packages are shipped with FedEx and delivered to your door. In either case our shipping partner will contact you well before delivery to make a delivery appointment.

At delivery: Check the order When you receive the delivery you must check if the package is damaged (do not let a stressed driver prevent you from this). Any potential damage detected on the package and/or the product must be noted on the suppliers shipping slip. NOTE! If the damage is not noted, no complaint can be made. Damage is documented with photos, both with and without packaging, and mailed to us at [email protected]. Complaints not made within 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

In the case that Superfront has reason to question a buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Superfront has no obligation to carry through the delivery and reserves the right to withhold products under carriage until the buyer makes a full advance payment, or until another agreement accepted by Superfront has been reached.

We ship all our products to Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Malta, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Estonia, Croatia, Slovakia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg, and Austria.

To the rest of the world, we can only ship handles, legs, shelves, and brackets.
