Made-to-order fronts, sides, tops, plinths and the wooden handle Bar in our standard colours will be shipped from the joinery after 4–5 weeks*.

When ordering products in the colour Naked, the production time is 1–3 weeks longer than the regular production time.

Stock items, such as handles, legs, colour samples, stone tops, mixer taps, sinks, laminated plinths, and items from our Express Collection, will be sent within 1–2 business days. Orders containing both stock items and made-to-order items will be delivered together on the made-to-order items’ delivery date.

Depending on the shipping destination the delivery will require another 7–14 days.

*The delivery time for our made-to-order products is extended during the summer. These orders will be shipped from our joinery after 5–7 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact delivery date in advance.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted by one of our logistics partners. Delivery is made according to your selected shipping method. Due to increased pressure on our carriers the delivery time may take a little longer.

The delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the products you order. In your shopping cart, you can see exactly how much it will cost to deliver the content of your cart to the destination you specify.

Here are three examples:
8 handles to London: £15
3 fronts, 3 handles and 4 legs to London: £59
30 fronts and 30 handles (for a whole kitchen) to London: £145

Outside of Sweden we offer the following delivery method:

Home delivery
 Larger shipments, i.e. any delivery containing fronts, sides or tops, are delivered to the main entrance of your building or estate (or as near as a delivery truck can get). Small packages are shipped with FedEx and delivered to your door. In either case our shipping partner will contact you well before delivery to make a delivery appointment.

At delivery: Check the order
When you receive the delivery you must check if the package is damaged (do not let a stressed driver prevent you from this). Any potential damage detected on the package and/or the product must be noted on the suppliers shipping slip. NOTE! If the damage is not noted, no complaint can be made. Damage is documented with photos, both with and without packaging, and mailed to us at [email protected]. Complaints not made within 7 days of delivery are not accepted.

In the case that Superfront has reason to question a buyer’s solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Superfront has no obligation to carry through the delivery and reserves the right to withhold products under carriage until the buyer makes a full advance payment, or until another agreement accepted by Superfront has been reached.

We ship all our products to Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Hungary, Greece, Malta, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Estonia, Croatia, Slovakia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Luxembourg and Austria. From the rest of the world, it is only possible to order our handles and legs.

We ship to the UK as usual and the shown total cost at the checkout is the final amount you will have to pay for your Superfront products. There are no additional custom related costs added. Please note that the UK orders may be subject to longer delivery time due to custom process time. We apologize for any delays caused by this and we hope for your understanding in this matter.
