Raw Edges
Raw Edges is a London-based design studio founded in 2007 by Yael Mer and Shay Alkalay. Driven by curiosity, they explore innovative ways to transform our everyday lives into playful and timeless products – always in pursuit of the unexpected, a twist of some kind.
The design duo has previously collaborated with renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Vitra, and Stella McCartney, earning several prestigious design awards along the way.
We wanted to create this modern, Brutalist statement kitchen, and we knew that the handle was the key element.

Bruta Kitchen
Drawing inspiration from brutalist architecture, Raw Edges has designed a dynamic kitchen concept comprising three distinct modules: the sculptural base cabinets, the minimalist wall cabinets, and the tactile tall cabinets. The collection also features a unique handle made from cast aluminium, imprinted with the designers' own fingerprints.
