In the event of shipping damages
If you happen to receive damaged items, we will of course help you to sort everything out!
If you notice any damage to the packaging when you receive your delivery, you must ask the driver to note this on the delivery receipt. Even if you can’t see any marks or dents on the outer packaging, you should still open your packages as soon as possible to look for concealed damages. Any damages should immediately be reported to our customer support! Claims made later than 3 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Report the damages to: [email protected], set the subject to “Shipping damage”.
When you contact us, we need the following from you:
Pictures of the entire shipment. The package should be opened, and its contents photographed as they were upon delivery. (Illustration 1)
A picture of the address label, visible and legible. (Illustration 2)
Pictures of both inner and outer packaging, especially any damages. (Illustration 3 and 4)
Pictures of the damaged item(s). (Illustration 5)
Any additional information about the delivery you think we should be aware of.
Important information if you have received damaged items:
Save both the inner and outer packaging. If your packages were delivered on a pallet, the pallet should be saved too.
The address label must still be attached.
As soon as we have received all the necessary information, we will file a claim to the shipping company and start the production of replacement products.
