This privacy policy (”Privacy Policy”) applies between SUPERFRONT AB (”Superfront”, ”We”, ”Us”) org. no. 556911-0892, address Tegnérgatan 5, 111 40 Stockholm, e-mail: dataprotection@superfront.com, and you as a customer (”You”), as we collect information from You when You create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, is using our Website, alternatively carry out an order, on www.superfront.com (the ”Website”).
1. GENERAL
1.1 Superfront is responsible for the Personal Data you provide to us and decide the purposes and means of the process of the Personal Data.
1.2 With Personal Data we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name, e-mail address and IP address. What Personal Data We collect, and for what purposes and the storage period, follows from this Privacy Policy.
2. APPROVAL
2.1 When creating an account on our Website or when registrating your information at the check-out, subscribe to our newsletter or create a log in. You agree to that Superfront process your personal data by checking the click-box ”I agree to the Privacy Policy”.
3. WHY DO WE NEED YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
3.1 a) To handle the order and administration of your purchase. b) To fulfill Superfronts legal obligations. c) In order to handle customer service issues. d) In order to evaluate, develop and improve our services, products and systems. e) To fulfill our Terms of Use when creating an account on the site. f)To fulfill our commitment to your consent to subscribe to our newsletters.
4. WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED?
4.1 Superfront collect and use the following Personal Data: a) Full name, b) Address, c) Telephone number/mobile phone number, and d) E-mail address.
4.2 When You place an order or create a user account on the Website, certain information will be collected automatically. Following Personal Data is Automatically collected:
a) Information regarding how You made a purchase and how You use your user account,
b) Technical data, which may include the URL You are accessing the Website from, Your IP address, unique device ID, which language and information about identifying, browser type, network and computer performance, information about which operation system you use, and;
c) Location data.
4.3 Superfront may not only collect Personal Data but also information through technology like cookies, beacons, pixels and local storage from Your browser or unit. 4.4 Please note, Superfront is unable to process Your purchase order, or request to create an account on the Website if You do not provide us the Personal Data mentioned in Section 4.1.
5. WHY WE PROCESS INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
5.1 We process the collected Personal Data mainly in order to carry out Your order, and to offer You a more convenient process when order by creating a user account.
5.2 Furthermore, Superfront process the Your Personal Data to improve and analyze Your experience on our Website, perform customer surveys and ensure the technical function on our Website. We may also process Personal Data in order to fulfill legal obligations or legitimate interest.
5.3 In a case where you via your subscription to our newsletter has given us your consent to process your data we will do this to send You information, via e-mail, regarding Superfront, including marketing of Superfront’s goods and services, as well as related partners of goods and services.

6. STORAGE PERIOD
We store Your personal data as long as it is necessary for our purposes, and to the extent we find reason in the law to store them. Thereafter Your information is deleted our unidentified securely so that they can no longer be linked to You.
7. YOUR RIGHT
7.1 a) You have the right to request access to your personal information - you are entitled to know if we process your personal information, and if so, request an excerpt about what information is being processed.
b) You are entitled to request a correction. If any or some of the information is incorrect, you may request that these be corrected.
c) You are entitled to request deletion - Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to have your information removed.
d) You are entitled to object to direct marketing treatment and treatment that is based on our legitimate interest - you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information or you may request that the treatment be restricted.
e) You are entitled to data portability - which means that you may require your personal data to be moved from us to another authority, organization or company. However, this right is limited to information that you consented to.
8. DATA PROCESSORS
8.1 As a data controller, Superfront is responsible for that Your Personal Data is processed in accordance to applicable law.
8.2 Superfront may use Subcontractors to process Your Personal Data e.g. IT-support, those who provide our servers, those who perform customer analysis and those who analyse the user experience. Such subcontractors will, in regard to processing Your Personal Data, be boned by the same obligations as Superfront.
8.3 In order to comply with applicable law, Superfront may share and transfer Your Personal Data to a third party, e.g. on requests from an authority, preserving our legal interests or to detect, prevent or pay attention to fraud or other security or technical issues.
8.4 Superfront may share and transfer Your Personal Data to third parties, but only for the purposes stated above in Section 5.
8.5 Superfront uses several third party suppliers for payment services. This means that Superfront does not process Your payment information, e.g. your bank and/or credit card information.
8.6 Please note, such information You provide to a third party supplier whose website and service is integrated with Superfront’s Website, will be provided to the third party. Your payment information will therefore be processed in accordance with such third party supplier’s terms of use and privacy policy. You hereby understand and acknowledge that such third party supplier’s privacy policy will govern all of the use of information provided to them in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
9.1 If any amendments are made to this policy, Superfront will notify You by publishing the amendment here. If such changes are material, will You be provided with additional, prominent notice appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1 You should always be able to feel safe when You provide Your Personal Data to Superfront. We have therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect Your Personal Data against unauthorized access, modification, corruption of data and loss.
10.2 Superfront is processing your data within the EU / EEA and in the United States. Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Privacy-Shield certification.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 Superfront has the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, Superfront has the right to subcontract the performance of their duties following from this Privacy Policy.
11.2 If the ownership of Superfront’s business changes, We may transfer Your Personal Data to the new owners so they can continue proving You a user friendly user account, and a satisfying purchasing experience. The new owners will be obligated to honor the commitments We made to You in this Privacy Policy.

These terms of Use (”Terms”) apply between You who create and use a user account (”You”) on www.superfont.com (the ”Website”) and SUPERFRONT AB (”Superfront”) org. no. 556911-0892, address Tegnérgatan 5, 111 40 Stockholm, e-mail: info@superfront.com.
1. GENERAL
1.1 Superfront provides user accounts on the Website where You who create and use such an account get an overview of Your orders, have Your delivery address and billing address saved and set whether you would like to receive Superfront’s newsletter or not [and take part of Superfront’s news and offers] (“The Service”).
1.2 In order to be eligible to create a user account on the website You must be 18 years of age. By agreeing to these terms, You confirm that you are at least 18 years.
1.3 By clicking [I agree to the user agreements], You hereby understand and agree to the terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. REGISTER USER ACCOUNT
2.1 You register a user account (the “User account”) by clicking [”New customer? Click here!”] on the Website, fill in name, e-mail address, choice of password and click [”Submit”]. You thereafter login to the Service with your registered e-mail address and chosen password.
2.2 The personal data that you provide Superfront will be processed in compliance with Superfront’s Privacy Policy, which you can read here.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
3.1 You understand and accept that all material on the Website, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights such as copyrights, design rights, trademarks, images, code and other similar rights fully belong to Superfront, and may not be copied, modified, distributed or in any other way be disposed of by other than Superfront. You understand that a disposal of such material in violation of these Terms, would harm Superfront and You accept not to dispose of this material beyond what follows from these Terms, or with the prior written consent of Superfront.
3.2 The Website and the Service are protected by intellectual property rights, included but not limited to, copyright of software. The Website and the Service, or parts thereof, may not be used, manipulated, extracted, copied, distributed or in any other way under any other circumstances than what follows from these Terms or with prior written consent by Superfront.
3.3 It is allowed to copy images that have been made available on the Website, in order to show third parties Superfront’s products on paper or on another website. However, this is only allowed in combination with the origin www.superfront.com being stated, and information about that the image and the content of the image is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Superfront. It is not allowed to crop or in any other way rectify such an image. Regarding paper outputs, it is never allowed to print an image from the Website in more than 5 copies without prior written consent by Superfront.
4. BREACH OF CONTRACT AND LIABILITY
4.1 Superfront has the right at any time to cancel a User Account if the user violates these Terms, Superfront’s Privacy Policy or Terms and condition for sale, or otherwise uses the Service in a way that may cause Superfront or third parties any harm.
4.2 You are liable for the use of the Service from Your user account and that this use is in compliance with applicable law.
4.3 You accept that You are liable for that all the information you provide when creating the User Account is up to date and accurate.
4.4 You accept that the e-mail address and the password You have chosen for the registration of Your user account on the Website, is personal information and that You are liable for them not to be distributed to third parties.
5. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER
5.1 Superfront is not liable for any typographical errors (typos) and outdated information presented on the Website and in the Service.
5.2 You understand and accept that the Service is provided ”as is” and ”as available”, without expressed or implied warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5.3 You acknowledge that the performance of the Service is dependent on, including but not limited to, the user’s available bandwidth and similar technical circumstances at the user’s end. Superfront cannot be held accountable for whether the Service is temporarily unavailable or if any information or functionality does not work as expected.
6. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
6.1 If Superfront would make amendments to these Terms, we will inform You by publishing the amendments here. If the amendments are material, we will provide You additional, prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances and in accordance with applicable law.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1 You may terminate Your account at any time. You terminate Your user account by sending us a written termination to dataprotection@superfront.com. Your user account may also be deleted by inactivity for 36 months. More about how we treat your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Superfront has the right to assign and transfer its rights and obligations, in part or in full, under these Terms. Furthermore, Superfront has the right to subcontract the performances of their duties under these Terms.
7.3 If the ownerships of Superfront’s business changes, Superfront may transfer your user account, information and personal data to such other legal entity so that they can continue to provide You the Service. This new legal entity that will hold Your user account after any changes to Superfront’s ownership will still have to honor the commitments Superfront has made to You in these Terms.
7.4 The original version of these Terms is written in Swedish. To the extent any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the Swedish version, the Swedish version shall prevail.
7.5 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish laws, without regard to its conflicts of laws or UNICTRAL.
7.6 Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Your use of the user account shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law and by Swedish courts of general jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
